The Holy Qur'aan with English Translation is much better for those who are not aware of Arabic Language but eager to recite or memorise the Holy Qur'aan : it is a Universal fact that no system of perfect transcription is possilbe. However it has to be acknowledge that Mr. Eliasi's approach is very simple and much nearer to the perfection ; Abdullah Yusuf Ali.
